سياسة الخصوصية

في كوني نؤمن أن خصوصيتك جزءٌ من سكينتك. هذه السياسة تشرح بوضوحٍ تام ما نجمعه، ولماذا، وكيف نحميه — وفق أعلى معايير حماية البيانات الشخصية.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع الحدّ الأدنى الضروري لتقديم تجربتك الكونية المخصّصة:

بريدك الإلكتروني — لحفظ رحلتك واسترجاعها، وموافاتك بمواعيدك الكونية (اختياري؛ يمكنك استخدام التطبيق دونه).
بيانات ميلادك — التاريخ والوقت، لحساب خريطتك الفلكية وأرقامك.
مكان ولادتك — المدينة وإحداثياتها، لتحديد موقع الكواكب بدقّة للحظة ولادتك.

لا نجمع اسمك الكامل، ولا رقم هويتك، ولا بيانات الدفع مباشرةً (تُعالَج عبر متاجر التطبيقات المعتمدة).

٢. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

افتراضياً، تُحفَظ بياناتك على جهازك أنت فقط (تخزين محلّي). إن اخترت إنشاء حساب بالبريد الإلكتروني، تُخزَّن نسخة مشفّرة على خوادم آمنة لمزامنة رحلتك عبر أجهزتك — ولا يصل إليها أحد سواك.

٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

لحساب خريطتك الفلكية وأرقامك وطقوسك المخصّصة.
لحفظ رحلتك واسترجاعها عند العودة.
لإرسال مواعيدك الكونية إن طلبت ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين. أبداً.

٤. حقوقك

الوصول: طلب نسخة من بياناتك في أي وقت.
التصحيح: تعديل بياناتك مباشرةً من التطبيق.
الحذف: مسح بياناتك بالكامل — ويُنفَّذ فوراً ونهائياً.
السحب: التراجع عن موافقتك متى شئت.

٥. أمن البيانات

نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين، ونتّبع أفضل الممارسات الأمنية. ومع ذلك، لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ونلتزم بإبلاغك فوراً عند أي خرقٍ يمسّ بياناتك.

٦. الأطفال

كوني غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٧. الطابع الترفيهي والتأملي

محتوى كوني (الفلك، الأعداد، الطاقة، الطقوس) مُقدَّم لغرض التأمّل والإلهام والترفيه، وليس بديلاً عن استشارةٍ طبية أو نفسية أو مالية أو قانونية. (راجع الشروط للتفاصيل.)

٨. تحديثات هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنُعلمك بأي تغييرٍ جوهري داخل التطبيق.

At Kawni, we believe your privacy is part of your peace. This policy explains clearly what we collect, why, and how we protect it — following the highest personal data protection standards.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary to deliver your personalized cosmic experience:

Your email — to save and restore your journey and send your cosmic dates (optional; you can use the app without it).
Your birth details — date and time, to calculate your astrological chart and numbers.
Your birthplace — city and coordinates, to position the planets accurately for your birth moment.

We do not collect your full name, national ID, or payment details directly (handled by approved app stores).

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

By default, your data is saved on your device only (local storage). If you create an email account, an encrypted copy is stored on secure servers to sync your journey across devices — accessible to no one but you.

3. How We Use Your Data

To calculate your chart, numbers, and personalized rituals.
To save and restore your journey.
To send your cosmic dates if you opt in.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. Ever.

4. Your Rights

Access: request a copy of your data anytime.
Correction: edit your data directly in the app.
Deletion: erase all your data — executed immediately and permanently.
Withdrawal: revoke your consent whenever you wish.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and follow security best practices. However, no system is 100% secure, and we commit to notifying you promptly of any breach affecting your data.

6. Children

Kawni is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Reflective & Entertainment Nature

Kawni's content (astrology, numerology, energy, rituals) is offered for reflection, inspiration, and entertainment — not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. (See Terms for details.)

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify you of any material change within the app.
